This hotel has tons of charm! I loved the rustic feel with old wood beams and unusual windows. The cozy dining spaces really made me feel at home. Plus, the staff were super friendly! The breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of cooked-to-order options.
The check-in process could be more organized.

Spent the New Year in a cozy hotel that provided authentic Swiss experience. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the view from the windows was breathtaking, with stunning mountains all around. the hotel provided a complementary welcome beverage, and the food in the in-house restaurant was delicious. One unique advantage was the availability of all-day jacuzzi/sauna/pool/steam room, etc. in the sister hotel, just a short walk away.
As the hotel was old, the rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear the sounds of other guests in the corridor and adjoining rooms. this added to the charm of the hotel.

The friendly staff provide exceptional service and attention to detail, such as the enormous homemade breakfast included in the price. Plus, it's well-located for exploring the nearby nature sites by car or public transportation. Don't miss the opportunity to book a foot massage at the spa in its sister hotel across the street, the perfect way to combine nature and nurture.
Everything was great.

Staying at this charming Swiss hotel was like stepping back in time. The historic ambiance and beautiful architecture made it a truly unique experience. We were delighted to find out that we could use the spa facilities at the sister hotel across the street. Our room in the separate new building was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious claw-foot bath. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us and our dogs feel right at home. The location, surrounded by mountains, was a peaceful and picturesque retreat.
The lack of insulation in the rooms, as it is an old hotel. We could hear noise from other rooms, such as doors opening and closing and people talking in the hallway.

This charming old Swiss chalet was like stepping back into the past. It was nestled in a gorgeous flowering meadow surrounded by mountains, making it the perfect location for anyone looking for a peaceful and serene getaway. The antique furnishings and the views of the mountains from our room were breathtaking. One of the best things was the attention to detail in everything from the spotlessly clean facilities to the beautiful herb garden. The afternoon tea and cake at the sister hotel were an added bonus.
The lack of sound insulation in the rooms. We could hear every little sound from the corridors and neighboring rooms which was mildly annoying.
